Formation plan for Montfortian Gabrielite Associates
Recently we had a meeting of Collaborators from various schools such as Assumption College Secondary Section, Assumption College Primary, St. Gabriel College and Assumption College Thonburi altogether 20 teachers in number which was held on 12 October 2021 at Assumption College Primary to decide how we should start to form the Associates. The meeting was officiated by Rev. Bro. Provincial who gave us encouragement to go ahead and promised us to lend us full support to our movement. The meeting lasted for two hours with a decision to appoint an ad hoc to study its feasibility.
Soon after receiving a green light the ad hoc planned to have its meeting on the 8th, November 2021. It was held at the Office of Montfortian Spirituality Center, Thongloh. The meeting lasted for two and half hour with the following decisions:
– There will be a Formation arranged for the teacher collaborators between 17-19 February 2022
– A mobile meeting will be held at Montfort College Chiengmai with an intention to boost collaboration among Gabrielite Schools in the North Region
– Activities Plan and Budget for the year 2022 and
– A suggestion made for Pilgrimage in the footstep of Montfort in October 2022
Next meeting will be held on the 9th, December 2021 at Assumption College Samutprakarn to approve such decisions. Meeting ended with a hymn of our Lady “Mother Dear”.
